MACS Laser Solutions offers precision laser cutting and associated services to offer solutions ranging from paper-thin small-scale prototypes to mass production of heavy construction components for large projects. Our vision is to be the preferred supplier partner for all precision laser cutting requirements.

We use well established CAD design techniques to develop from concept, coupled with powerful laser cutting capabilities to deliver on a wide variety of user requirements.

Along with our core capabilities in precision laser cutting, we compliment this by offering additional services including CNC pressing, fabrication and finishing services such as painting and powder coating to provide a complete end-to-end service.

LASER CUTTING

MACS Laser Solutions utilizes a powerful 10kW Bystronic Fibre Slab Laser, operating on a 3000mm x 1500mm bed, which capable of cutting high volume at fast speed making for an economical and cost-effective cutting solution. This machine is efficient for cutting both aluminium and all steel types.

LASER ETCHING

While laser cutting has the power to cut right through most materials, it also can be delicate enough where it can be extremely useful in marking steel and timber surfaces for any applications. A combination of cutting and etching can really provide a fantastic end product!

BENDING

MACS Laser Solutions offers a key service in press braking to complement our laser cutting capabilities. By offering a press brake service we can provide the ‘next step’ in your manufacturing process by bending and folding the flat cut components into a variety of shapes required.

FABRICATION

MACS Laser Solutions, in conjunction with MACS Engineering, offers further fabrications services to complement our cutting services. This means we have the capability to simply cut, fold and weld a complete component or sub-assembly for almost any situation or requirement.

FINISHING AND COATING

We also offer finishing services including tumbling, grinding and chamfering of cut components. These services can benefit the overall finish of the raw cut material by offering a smoother, more consistent finish to flat surfaces and cut edges. This can also assist with further manufacturing assembly processes. To complete our service offering, we also have in-house industrial painting services as well as powder coating to provide a finished product ready to be put to immediate use. This end-to-end service means MACS Laser Solutions is you one-stop shop for component manufacturing.

SIGNAGE

MACS Laser Solutions offers a variety of material options for precision cutting and etching to meet any signage requirement. These solutions range from one-off business display signs through to mass manufacturing for repeated labelling. Material specifications can be matched to meet the rigours of the environment the signage will be displayed.
